Clone Builders Build Progress: Percentage & Piece Counts
Read Clone Builders build progress in the Crew management window: per-clone BUILDING status, the live percentage and piece counter, and the top-of-screen complete! banner.
Quick answer
Build progress shows in the Crew management window: each working clone carries a status such as "CLONE 1: BUILDING" beside a live counter that pairs a completion percentage with pieces placed out of the model's total — 0% – 0/176 pieces in the documented example. A "complete!" banner at the top of the screen confirms when the build is done.
- Crew management window: per-clone status states (e.g., “CLONE 1: BUILDING”) plus a live piece counter
- Counter format: completion percentage + pieces placed / total pieces, starting at 0% – 0/176 and climbing
- Total piece counts vary per build; 176 is one documented example
- Completion is confirmed by a banner at the top of the screen reading “complete!” with your creation's name
How the completion percentage and piece counter work
The counter pairs a completion percentage with two piece numbers: pieces placed so far versus the model's total piece count. A documented build starts at 0% – 0/176 pieces and climbs as parts go in — 176 being that model's total, which varies per build idea. The percentage reads live mid-build: in recorded gameplay of an Eiffel Tower build, the counter showed 47–48%, with the player noting they were nearly halfway done.
The Crew management window is where both the per-clone status states and this live counter appear while clones work — they spawn, find a working position, then fetch and place parts automatically until the structure is done. If you're looking for a separate readout above the build site, check the Crew management window first; that's the place the progress display is confirmed to live.
When a build is nearly finished and complete
As the build approaches the end, the same live percentage climbs toward done — one recorded session read "20 more percent and we are done" shortly before the model finished. When the model completes, a banner appears at the top of the screen naming your creation and marking it complete, for example a message reading "complete!" alongside your prompt. Treat that banner as your confirmation that the project is done.
The documented display ends there: it doesn't include rewards tied to the banner, a special event at exactly 100%, or any fixed rate at which the counter refreshes — read the percentage as a live readout rather than a time-to-completion estimate. If the construction interface changes in an update, recheck the labels and counters in-game.
Managing the crew while clones build
The same Crew management window doubles as a control panel mid-build. Use Unassign or Deassign to pull a single clone off a task, or Deassign all to clear the whole crew. Queued builds wait under the Queued tab until clones are free.
